We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Finance Business Partnering – EU Growth Markets to join our Group Finance team.
The Head of Finance Business Partnering – Growth Markets / US will lead financial business partnering across the Growth Markets regions in the EU, supporting delivery of financial performance, strategic priorities and business objectives.
The role acts as a trusted finance partner to regional and market leadership teams, providing financial insight, challenge and decision support to drive profitable growth and effective resource allocation.
Working closely with the Regional Finance Director and business leaders, the role ensures robust planning, forecasting and performance management processes while maintaining strong financial discipline.
The role is responsible for leading the Finance Business Partnering team supporting the region, enabling high-quality decision making through forward-looking analysis, commercial insight and performance evaluation.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead financial business partnering activities across the Growth Markets region.
- Partner with regional and market leadership teams to support delivery of financial and operational objectives.
- Provide proactive financial insight, challenge and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities across supported markets and functions.
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring leaders understand key financial drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Provide robust financial challenge on commercial initiatives, investment decisions and strategic priorities.
- Support development and evaluation of business cases, including financial modelling and benefits tracking.
- Deliver forward-looking analysis and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to identify revenue growth, productivity and cost optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with Group planning, forecasting and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Financial Control, Treasury and Shared Services teams to deliver consistent financial reporting and insight.
- Support execution of transformation initiatives and change programmes within the region.
- Build financial capability and commercial understanding across leadership teams.
- Lead and develop regional Finance Business Partners, driving capability, engagement and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning and business partnering processes.
What you’ll bring
- Significant experience in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide effective challenge.
- Experience supporting commercial and operational decision-making.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Experience working within matrix organisations and collaborating across functions.
- Understanding of governance, controls and financial management disciplines.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Scope typically covers a regional or market P&L and associated functional cost bases.
