Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of warranty products and accounts and analysing their performance against cost, margin and loss targets.
- Setting viable pricing structures for new and existing warranty business.
- Ensuring pricing, commercial arrangements and product design of warranty business deliver against cost and target margins, through accurate costing and modelling.
- Producing long‑term projections of expected performance.
- Assessing and advising on warranty product risk.
- Liaising with all commercial areas of the D&G business to deliver profitable warranty products.
- Applying appropriate regulatory requirements including GDPR.
- Developing and delivering creative solutions to complex warranty design problems.
About You
- Graduate with a numerically, analytically or financially focused degree.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and pricing processes.
- Familiarity with concepts such as credit / financial / investment risk and other actuarial concepts.
- Strong numerical skills and a passion for working with financial data.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to develop financial models.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently whilst collaborating with different teams across the business.
