We are looking for Lounge Hosts to join our dynamic team on a full-time or fixed-term basis, providing world-class service in one of the UK\’s leading airport lounges.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Warmly welcoming and interacting with guests to create a memorable experience
- Clearing tables and maintaining a clean, inviting lounge environment
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages confidently and responsibly
- Learning and managing stock inventory and lounge supplies
- Upselling premium drinks and understanding our full food & beverage offering
- Supporting your team with ad hoc duties, including working across departments when required
- Being proactive and ready to deliver service excellence during peak travel times
- Actioning company updates, following training protocols, and always being prepared

What We\’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
- Enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals who bring energy and positivity to their shift
- A team player who is flexible, organised, and ready to go above and beyond
- Confidence to engage with guests and upsell our premium services
- Ability to travel reliably to Gatwick Airport for early starts (03:30 shift time)
- Willingness to adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
