Using the active support of management, you will lead negotiations against strategic and financial goals, influence decision makers by understanding their business objectives and motivations and achieve established targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the growth strategy for EMEA.
Proactively research and identify high potential industries/leads to achieve revenue targets and performance KPIβs. Source, negotiate and win new sales contracts to strengthen PPG position as the market leader. Work closely and directly with the BD team, Sales & Commercial team and Marketing teams to deliver high revenue partnership opportunities. Expand the depth and integration of partner relationships with new business opportunities by conducting professional and effective relationship management. Support the Group in responding to RFIs and RFPs or other projects as required. Manage all new deal implementations for the region and liaise with internal teams to meet SLAβs.
Educated to Graduate Level or equivalent. MBA is desirable. A UK Driving license is desirable. Proven sales experience in travel/aviation/mice/hospitality industry. Exceptional relationship management, influencing and communication skills. Negotiation, presentation, project management and analytical skills. A proven sales professional with experience leveraging content and relationship based partnerships to generate business leads. Prior exposure to aviation industry and financial services experience would be advantageous. Preference for an existing network of relevant potential industry prospects. A passion for learning and desire to advance sales and business skills. Multi-language skills considered an advantage. Advanced level IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Prior experience using Salesforce.
