We’re looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to play a key role in a dynamic & growing restaurant group with big plans ahead. You will be joining a driven and passionate team.
The Position: As Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative dishes throughout the operation. Working closely with the senior team; you will assist in managing the overall kitchen operation.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality Restaurant
- Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce
- A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
