Overview
Playworks are looking to recruit dynamic Children’s Activity Coaches with a passion for one or more of the following: Music, Craft, Sports (group games, MultiSports, Yoga, etc.), Dance, Cookery, Gardening, Science.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver sessions for children aged 3–11 years attending our after school clubs (full kit of equipment provided).
- Deliver planned activities and assist in providing a safe and stimulating play environment for the children.
- Work in line with the standards set out by CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) and Playworks Childcare Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications and requirements
- Willing to undertake Paediatric First Aid Training and Safeguarding training.
- Enhanced DBS check required; cost to be covered by the candidate.
- Access to a car is essential as you will travel between Playworks settings; mileage paid for travel associated with the role.
