As the Ad Operations Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across our network. From trafficking and troubleshooting to performance reporting and optimization, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns drive results and support both our sales initiatives and publisher success. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks and resolve campaign issues to ensure accurate setup and delivery across various platforms and devices. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to drive improvements and meet campaign objectives. Contribute to the documentation, updating, and maintenance of trafficking and workflow procedures for client accounts to ensure consistency and efficiency. Provide assistance for ad hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Digital Advertising. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Ad Servers (Google Ad Manager and/or others) and managing digital media campaigns. Strong knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem and advertising terminology. Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
