We are looking for someone ready to step in and design from scratch the experience and visual identity of a one-of-a-kind gaming ecosystem. This is not a salaried position. This is a real opportunity to become a co-founder and take part in building something meaningful from day one. We offer non-dilutive equity with fast vesting, reserved for people who want to leave a tangible mark on the future of a startup with solid foundations and global ambitions.

WHO ARE WE? We are a startup aiming to revolutionise the gaming industry through an ecosystem that connects players, content creators, professionals, and companies. Joining Playverse means defining the style and user experience of a product designed for global scale, with the freedom to experiment and create a distinctive, innovative visual language. This is a large and complex product. Not a simple app. We are building something that requires real product thinking, strong structure, and creativity from day one.

THE ROLE: This role is designed for someone who has already worked on large-scale, launched products, with strong attention to detail and a natural ability to solve problems that don’t have obvious or predefined solutions. We are not looking for a template-based approach. We want someone who can think outside the box while maintaining high usability standards, clarity, and visual cleanliness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design and validate intuitive, scalable digital interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms
  • Create a flexible and consistent design system to support product growth
  • Define and test UX flows for complex features (matchmaking, social feed, virtual shop)
  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and business teams to turn needs into real experiences
  • Bring your creative and entrepreneurial vision to make Playverse a truly unique ecosystem
  • Design end-to-end experiences for a complex, multi-profile platform
  • Iterate quickly while maintaining high standards of quality, attention to detail, and consistency

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong experience in both UX and UI, you’re comfortable and skilled in both
  • Experience working on large, complex, or multi-feature products
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong sense of structure and consistency
  • Creative and curious, comfortable thinking beyond standard patterns
  • Ability to design custom solutions, not just adapt existing templates
  • A strong portfolio that shows real product thinking, not just polished visuals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Interest in gaming, social platforms, or community-based products is a big plus

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Equity in a startup with strong early validation
  • A key role in defining the core visual identity and user experience of the product
  • Collaboration with a growing team of 15+ professionals
  • A unique opportunity to shape the experience of a gaming ecosystem aiming to become a global reference

If you’re ready to make a real impact and build something big with us, apply now. We want to hear your vision.
