Your mission is to work with our sports clubs in the Manchester and North area as a Partner Success Specialist. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships between sports clubs and Playtomic.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create long‑term relationships with our top partners through proactive and regular communication, supporting clubs in everything they need and building engagement to maximise benefit from our platform.
- Improve the operational performance of our partners, ensuring we always deliver the best service while increasing Playtomic’s revenue.
- Have a deep knowledge of our platform and stay up‑to‑date with new releases from our product team.
- Onboard new partners by providing them with all the information and tools they need to start working.
- Identify clubs at risk of churn, analyse the needs of churned and inactive partners to avoid churn, and build an action plan for reactivation proactively.
- Identify new partner opportunities by actively tracking the market and engaging with prospects.
- This position requires occasional travel to visit clubs, estimated at 20% of the total working time.
Who You’ll Be Working With:
You’ll be working closely with and reporting to the Regional Manager, as part of a wider team of Partner Strategy Consultants, each managing their own region.
Our Ideal "Player":
- Account manager and sales development experience with +2 years of experience.
- Experience in visiting clients and building long‑term relationships.
- Tech savvy: Experience with Hubspot, other CRMs, and expertise in Google Sheets.
- Strong, persuasive, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data‑driven approach to translating complex information into insights.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on high‑quality delivery.
- Fluent English.
- Problem solver, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and decisive.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, and high‑performance organisation.
- Proactive, quick‑witted, open, self‑starter with an appetite to learn.
Extra points:
- Experience in the padel/tennis industry and managing sports clubs.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
