Transformation is how we turn that ambition into measurable progress and we’re looking for a Transformation Lead to join our Business Transformation team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, working alongside our senior leadership to design, drive and deliver change that lasts. This is a role for a natural solutions finder someone who is genuinely curious, looks across the business to understand what’s really going on, and turns complex, sometimes ambiguous information into clear, board‑ready insight. You’ll be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, the person who doesn’t just surface a challenge but arrives with a way forward. Job Description
- Lead cross‑functional transformation projects end to end from spotting the opportunity through to delivery and benefits realisation keeping scope, timeline and budget on track.
- Stay curious about how the business runs, proactively scanning for areas to improve and bringing forward solutions rather than just problems.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, including the Chief of Staff and Executive team, to shape change initiatives and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Turn complex, sometimes ambiguous information into clear, board‑ready insight distilling the detail into concise presentations that help leaders make confident decisions.
- Represent transformation initiatives in senior leadership and board‑level discussions, answering questions with clarity and confidence.
- Use data and including strong Excel skills to diagnose issues and tell the story behind the numbers in a way every stakeholder can follow.
- Map, challenge and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, quality and the end‑to‑end experience.
- Establish clear project governance, plans and reporting, and drive risks, dependencies and bottlenecks to resolution.
- Champion change management communications, training and adoption so improvements are embraced and sustained.
Qualifications
- Bring a solid background in transformation or change management, with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact change across complex, fast‑paced or global organisations.
- Are an outstanding stakeholder manager, building trust and influencing with confidence at every level from working teams to senior leadership and the boardroom.
- Are a natural solutions finder you don’t just identify problems, you analyse them and bring forward a clear way to solve them.
- Bring a strong analytical mindset and are confident with data and Excel turning detail into simple, compelling insight that stakeholders can grasp quickly.
- Can distil complex information into concise, board‑ready presentations, sometimes at short notice.
- Are genuinely proactive and consistent you take initiative, stay curious about the wider business, follow through and deliver reliably.
- Bring strong project and time‑management skills, comfortably handling multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
- Stay comfortable with ambiguity and bring structure where there isn’t any.

- Experience in gaming, gambling, fintech or another regulated, fast‑moving industry.
- A recognised project or change methodology certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/ADKAR).
- Confidence with project and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Tools, Monday.com, Jira, Power BI).
