Your influential mission. You will:
- Manage the day‑to‑day transfer pricing processes across the group.
- Design and refine transfer pricing policies, ensuring they are technically robust, commercially aligned, and defensible with tax authorities.
- Lead the transition to automate transfer pricing processes, including identifying and deploying agentic tools.
- Coordinate the delivery of annual transfer pricing documentation including Master File, Local Files, and other filings.
- Provide overview and review as appropriate of annual transfer pricing and other calculations performed by the various finance teams.
- Support the preparation of the group’s Country‑By‑Country Reporting (CBCR) and public CBCR output in liaison with the group tax team.
- Support tax authority enquiries and audits, managing engagement with tax authorities and coordinating responses.
- Create relationships with the local finance leaders to understand local business operations and provide relevant and accurate transfer pricing advice.
- Work closely with external tax advisors and lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identify and support local planning initiatives to manage risks and maximise opportunities.
- Resolve transfer pricing issues and coordinate across the wider group tax team.
- Monitor transfer pricing legislation updates across the markets in which the group operates.
- Support the tax team and wider finance teams on advisory projects.
Components for success. You:
- Are trained in tax with a Top 10 accountancy firm or in‑house.
- Are ACA or CTA qualified, or equivalent.
- Have at least 7+ years transfer pricing experience.
- Have experience in both documentation and business structuring.
- Have proven ability to work to deadlines in a complex environment.
- Are able to manage workload to tight deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Have the ability to build relationships across the organization and be an enthusiastic team player.
- Have a track record of automating processes and document production using agentic AI and workflow tools.
