Job Description

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

  • Own a complete QA test project from submission through testing and success/fail notification, taking responsibility for all aspects of effective testing and project completion
  • Validate and execute detailed test scripts to test functionality and performance of software products
  • Identify, document and track bugs with clarity and precision
  • Design and maintain test plans and scripts for new products and features
  • Collaborate with and feed back to developers, sales and service teams to ensure testing meets requirements and any test failures are correctly represented
  • Join and be prepared to present finished work on regular Change Approval Board (CAB) calls
  • Produce and/or validate associated documentation to a high standard, including: instruction manuals, installation instructions, etc.
  • Mentor other stakeholders (developers, technical service engineers etc) on particular projects and features to ensure “single source” knowledge is correctly passed on
