Playtech’s Finance Team is looking for a proactive Payroll Specialist with excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and compliance.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will…
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Review and verify employee expense reports and claims.
- Maintain and update employee records, including benefits and other relevant data.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and deductions.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to the Finance Manager/Payroll Manager.
- Support onboarding by setting up new employee payroll profiles.
- Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and other relevant regulations.
- Provide support to the Finance Manager/Payroll Manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications

- Hold a Payroll Specialist/Administrator certificate or a CIPP Payroll Management qualification.
- Have 3+ years of prior experience in payroll.
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Are proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
