Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Support Account Managers in delivering operational activities, ensuring client requests and business priorities are executed effectively.
  • Assist with game launches, platform configurations, and product integration processes.
  • Maintain and update game, product, and Marketplace configurations to ensure accuracy across platforms.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, bonus setups, and CRM activities within internal systems.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign and promotional performance, using key metrics and insights to identify opportunities, optimise future initiatives, and support data-driven decision‑making.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams including CRM, Marketplace, and Integration to support new initiatives and ongoing projects.
  • Monitor workflows, track key activities, and help ensure operational tasks are delivered on time.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual administration.

Qualifications

  • Have previous experience in CRM operations (player engagement activities, bonus management, campaign execution) or operational support functions within the gambling industry.
  • Are naturally curious, adaptable, and enjoy learning new systems and processes.
  • Take ownership of your work, show initiative, and proactively drive tasks to completion.
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate confidently in English and work well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of IMS and/or other online gaming platform back offices, particularly in relation to promotional tool configurations.
  • Experience using Monday. com or similar workflow management tools.
  • Proficiency in an additional language besides English.
