Here at Playtech, we genuinely believe that people are our biggest asset. Playtech’s land-based gaming unit is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of global customers, including tier-one operators, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and commercial success with our Neon Casino Management System.
While we offer flexible and hybrid working options, there is a strong preference for candidates based in or willing to work from our Manchester office, just two stops from Victoria Station. Travel will be expected — and even encouraged — as part of the role, including visits to customer sites, events, and international offices.
- Manage relationships with allocated customers (including tier-one accounts).
- Maximise revenue from allocated customer accounts.
- Record, forecast and justify revenue from allocated accounts.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and pass leads to the new business team.
- Feed into the product management process with feedback from customers.
- Demonstrate proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively through interaction from time to time at the C-Level.
- Are experienced in maintaining and delivering against structured customer account plans.
- Excel at prioritising tasks and managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- Are fluent in French (spoken and written); additional language skills are a bonus, and we’d love to hear about them.
- Familiarity with software implementation or customer onboarding processes.
- Experience using CRM systems and data-driven customer engagement.
