Job Description: Your influential mission includes:

  • Designing and refining transfer pricing policies, ensuring they are technically robust, commercially aligned, and defensible with tax authorities.
  • Leading the transition to automate transfer pricing processes, including identifying and deploying agentic tools.
  • Coordinating the delivery of annual transfer pricing documentation including Master File, Local Files, and other filings.
  • Providing overview and review of annual transfer pricing and other calculations performed by various finance teams.
  • Supporting the preparation of the group’s Country-By-Country Reporting (CBCR) and public CBCR output in liaison with the group tax team.
  • Managing engagement with tax authorities and coordinating responses for tax authority enquiries and audits.
  • Creating relationships with local finance leaders to understand local business operations and provide relevant transfer pricing advice.
  • Working closely with external tax advisors and lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Identifying and supporting local planning initiatives to manage risks and maximise opportunities.
  • Resolving transfer pricing issues and coordinating across the wider group tax team and external advisers.
  • Supporting the tax team and wider finance teams on advisory projects.

Qualifications:

  • Trained in tax with a Top 10 accountancy firm or in-house.
  • ACA or CTA qualified, or equivalent.
  • At least 7+ years transfer pricing experience required.
  • Experience of international tax is an advantage.
  • Experience in both documentation and business structuring is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines in a complex environment.
  • Ability to build relationships across the organization and be an enthusiastic team player.

  • A track record/experience of automating processes and workstream and document production using agentic AI and workflow tools such as Alteryx.
