Your influential mission. You will...

  • Be data savvy and an expert with SQL/data tools, interpreting and communicating business insights.
  • Conduct analysis on business performance to provide reports and insights on B2B customers, content, product performance, and operational matters.
  • Effectively construct and present findings to senior audiences and customers.
  • Take control of automated reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Act as a link between BI and operational/commercial teams, fulfilling business needs and driving value through insightful data analysis.
  • Proactively improve data supply and processes through collaboration with wider teams to achieve our common data strategy.
  • Be involved in BI/Data projects including data warehousing, reporting/dashboard tool development, event stream analytics, metadata alignment, and cleaning.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail, constantly challenging, validating, monitoring, and improving quality.
  • Conduct QBR’s (quarterly business review meetings) with B2B customers, where you will present benchmarking and insight analysis, and supporting Playtech commercial teams.
  • Have involvement with Casino B2B CRM analytics.
  • Mentor and coach individuals within the BI team and across the wider organisation to improve knowledge of BI.
