Ready to level up your career? Playtech's ECM unit is looking for an office-based General Assistant to support its production and repair operations. Secondary role could include cross departmental work in both our busy customer service and stores departments of which additional training will be given as required.

Your influential mission. You will be involved in:

  • Triage of handheld tablets, server-based work which would include fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and set-up of replacement devices to be returned to our customers.
  • Modular component repair of tablet/PC electronics, hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Accurate and detailed logging of records using spreadsheets.
  • Repair and maintenance of various electrical components and hardware.
  • Safe handling/lifting and movement of equipment throughout both our Production and Stores Department.

Components for success. You:

  • Have a basic level of understanding of both software and hardware with experience using word/excel advantageous.
  • Are flexible in nature with a high level of motivation to learn and a strong work ethic.
  • Have thorough attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, working to tight deadlines.
  • Are organised, efficient and have the ability to work on your own discretion or as part of a team.
  • Having IT/Electronic/Electrical related qualifications, but this is not essential as full training will be given in-house.
  • A Full driving license.
