Your influential mission. You will...
- Provide administrative and planning support to the CSD Coordinator and Head of Delivery, including:
- Processing Engineer timesheets and calculating overtime and dispensation.
- Maintaining service records and coordinating travel and logistics.
- Managing fleet administration, including vehicle hire and tracking.
- Supporting weekly job scheduling, Service Calendar updates, and communication with engineers and clubs.
- Assisting with quotations, chargeable work, informing Product Engineers of stock taken for replenishment, and on-call rota preparation.
- Produce sales and trend reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) for both internal and customer-facing use.
- Track game spend and other key metrics, presenting insights to senior management.
