Ready to level up your career? Are you passionate about building gamification and player‑engagement tools that power the future of gaming technology? Playtech’s PAM+ Product team is looking for a driven Product Manager to take ownership of our promotional engagement portfolio — including leaderboards, missions, prize drops, achievement mechanics, tournaments, and more. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and want to shape tools used daily by CRM, marketing, and gaming operations teams worldwide, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Job Description
- Own the full product lifecycle for engagement tools: from ideation and strategy to launch and continuous improvement, with a specific focus on gamification mechanics such as leaderboards, missions, achievements, prize drops, tournaments, challenges, and future engagement frameworks.
- Conduct market and behavioural research to understand how operators use promotional tools and how players respond to them — analysing CRM needs, engagement patterns, and competitor offerings in the gaming and gamification space.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that elevates our engagement toolset, ensuring CRM, promotions, and marketing teams have powerful, intuitive mechanics to work with.
- Prioritise features and enhancements that drive measurable player engagement, including participation, retention, reward fulfilment flows, segmentation‑based experiences, and real‑time promotional triggers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, CRM, and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable engagement tools — and work closely with developers to translate promotional and gamification concepts into technical requirements.
- Create and maintain clear product requirements, UX flows, and success metrics focused on how operators configure and deploy engagement tools and how players interact with them in real gaming environments.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between CRM teams, developers, product leadership, and business owners, especially when defining new promotional mechanics or optimising existing ones.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance — analysing participation rates, segmentation outcomes, campaign usage, and uplift — and iterate to continuously improve engagement mechanics and operator workflows.
- Ensure compliance and maintain complete product documentation, including ownership of release notes, operator guides, training materials, usage best practices, and internal knowledge‑base articles.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, proactively proposing new engagement concepts, gamification features, and player‑behaviour‑driven ideas beyond core roadmap items.
Qualifications
- Have strong, hands‑on familiarity with CRM engagement tools, promotional mechanics, gamification platforms, or loyalty systems — ideally within gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or similar industries.
- Bring practical experience with tools like missions, challenges, achievements, prize drops, or leaderboards — whether building them, configuring them, or using them as part of CRM strategy.
- Excel at collaborating with CRM, marketing, and promotions teams, understanding their goals, workflows, and challenges when running engagement campaigns.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, especially when explaining product concepts or articulating gamification mechanics.
- Are comfortable working in Agile development environments, partnering closely with developers to turn complex engagement ideas into high‑quality technical solutions.
- Understand product management best practices, even if your background leans toward CRM, engagement, or promotional operations rather than traditional PM roles.
- Are analytical and data‑driven, using metrics like activation, retention, participation rates, and promotional ROI to guide decisions.
- Show a proactive, structured, and solution‑focused mindset, taking ownership of documentation and enablement materials that help teams understand and adopt engagement tools.
- Are organized and enthusiastic, contributing ideas for improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance both operator experience and player impact.
You’ll Get Extra Points for…
- Previous product management experience (not essential if the engagement tools experience is strong).
- Experience in the online casino, gaming, or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with PAM/PAM+ platforms, CRM systems, or enterprise promotional engines.
- Technical skills such as SQL, PowerBI, Jira, or Confluence.
- Experience creating documentation, release notes, operator guides, or training videos.
- Experience working with global, multicultural stakeholders.
