  • Investigate beyond surface-level issues to identify root causes, control weaknesses and sustainable improvement opportunities.
  • Assess technology, security and IT general controls, then translate technical evidence into clear findings, business impact and practical recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build trusted relationships with technology, security and operational stakeholders across the global organisation.
  • Coordinate work delivered by third-party audit providers, setting clear expectations, monitoring progress and quality, resolving delivery bottlenecks and maintaining oversight of assigned work.
  • Support audits led by the Head of Internal Audit and contribute to selected operational audits, applying your technology perspective while developing a broader understanding of the business.
  • Help stakeholders strengthen controls and processes with solutions that are proportionate, practical and realistic.
  • Use available technology, data and AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to improve audit quality, efficiency and insight.

  • Can manage an IT audit or clearly owned workstream with autonomy, structure and accountability.
  • Communicate confidently with technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders.
  • Are curious enough to challenge the obvious answer, explore root causes and understand what is happening beneath the surface.
