- Pro-actively participate in process improvement and process automation
- Participate in releases and deployment to various environments
- Maintain well-documented notes for post RCA
- Sustain the process of knowledge sharing with the related teams
- Identify potential problems and risks
- Participate in DevOps related projects
- Be responsible for administration of our on-premise hosted Kubernetes clusters
- Communicate with B2B licensees and stakeholders
- Provide Out of Hours On Call support
Components for success. You...
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in a DevOps role
- Are experienced in supporting production systems
- Have worked with Docker and Kubernetes (K8S)
- Possess good knowledge of Python and Microservices
- Have experience implementing software CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Codefresh, or similar
- Are skilled in configuration management with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar
- Have experience with monitoring and/or log aggregation systems like ELK, Graylog, Prometheus, Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, and others
- Are adept at troubleshooting
- Demonstrate a great understanding of networking and Unix-based operating systems
- Can work across multiple work streams and development projects in an agile environment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess excellent communication skills
