Ready to level up your career? Playtech’s ECM unit is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrator with strong Excel and communication skills to join our team onsite.

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Provide administrative and planning support to the CSD Coordinator and Head of Delivery, including processing Engineer timesheets and calculating overtime and dispensation.
  • Maintain service records and coordinate travel and logistics.
  • Manage fleet administration, including vehicle hire and tracking.
  • Support weekly job scheduling, Service Calendar updates, and communication with engineers and clubs.
  • Assist with quotations, chargeable work, informing Product Engineers of stock taken for replenishment, and on-call rota preparation.
  • Produce sales and trend reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) for both internal and customer-facing use.
  • Track game spend and other key metrics, presenting insights to senior management.
