PlayStation Studios’ Partner Sourcing Group delivers class‑leading service, tools, process, and support to our development teams and provides internal coordination and cost efficiencies. The PSG is the central force aligning business functions toward a unified objective: ensuring the swift onboarding of partners.

We seek a Manager of Partner Sourcing to work with the Director of Partner Sourcing delivering concierge services for SIE’s studio clients and leading a team of Specialists providing support across the business and vendor partners. Your role includes managing concierge services and coordinating efforts among vendors, studio clients, and business partners in Information Security, IT, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Specialists – ensuring high‑touch, low‑friction concierge support to development studio and internal business partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Studio Outsourcing Managers, InfoSec Analysts, Finance, and Legal to ensure partner arrangements align with project requirements, budgets, and organisational policies.
  • Identify opportunities and drive process improvements and risk mitigation for team operations and service delivery.
  • Maintain a comprehensive vendor engagements database, along with cost metrics provided to PSS colleagues.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Outsourcing Management, Business Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent team leadership and mentorship skills, enabling teams to perform best and provide exceptional service.
  • Track record delivering scalable solutions and driving process improvements in AAA video game development or publishing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documentation and execution.
