The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation role focuses on hands‑on program management (PMO) and organizational change management (OCM) activities for specific Finance transformation projects. Reporting to the Director, Finance Transformation, the Senior Manager works under high‑level guidance to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, drive day‑to‑day project progress, and coordinate cross‑functional teams and resources. Additionally, this critical role will drive the design and implementation of the Finance Target Operating Model and Service Delivery Model, end‑to‑end process excellence. Reporting into the Director, Finance Transformation, this role will have direct people management responsibility, providing expert leadership and detailed guidance to ensure best in class Finance transformation methodologies and future‑state target operating model enablement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership prior management consulting experience (Big Four or similar) supporting Finance transformation is highly desirable. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple business units, functions, and global regions. Deep knowledge of Finance operations, accounting principles, internal controls, Finance transformation methodologies, and data and AI capabilities. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Finance processes, Target Operating Models, Service Delivery Models, process governance, and continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), enterprise applications, and IT governance models. Strategic thinker with exceptional program management and execution capabilities, able to balance long‑term vision with operational delivery. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive measurable outcomes within complex matrix organizations. Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and practical solutions. High digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft 365, AI‑enabled productivity tools, analytics platforms, and modern collaboration technologies. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. Preferred Qualifications MBA or other advanced degree. PMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR), CCMP, or comparable project or change management certification. Management consulting experience (Big Four or equivalent) supporting Finance transformation initiatives.
