Sony Interactive Entertainment, the company behind Play Station, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in London on a hybrid basis.

You will partner with managers across Corporate, Technology and Engineering, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through to offer and close.

You will build proactive hiring strategies, engage passive talent, and bring market intelligence to hiring decisions while balancing speed and quality.
