What you will be doing

  • Technical Program Management Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the EMEA-based FSEE TPM team, building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish the operating models, delivery standards, governance, and reporting mechanisms that make complex cross‑functional programs predictable and transparent.
  • Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and operations leaders to drive successful execution of strategic initiatives across FSEE.
  • Collaborate closely with TPM leadership in AMER, to establish consistent practices, operating mechanisms, and execution standards across regions.
  • Develop talent, succession plans, and career paths across the TPM organization.
  • Serve as the functional leader for Technical Program Management, ensuring the organization has the capabilities, operating mechanisms, and talent required to support current and future business priorities.
  • Engineering Business Operations
  • Partner directly with the VP and Engineering Leadership Team to drive organizational priorities and long‑term strategic objectives.
  • Own annual planning, quarterly business reviews, goal setting, and leadership operating cadences across the regional engineering organization.
  • Own executive communications and the narrative for leadership reviews, strategic updates, and organizational reporting for the regional VP.
  • Drive operational excellence through the establishment of metrics, dashboards, and KPIs that provide leadership with visibility into organizational health and performance.
  • Partner with the VP on organizational design, workforce planning, budget management, and investment prioritization.
  • Surface organizational risks, opportunities, execution gaps, and develop plans to address them.
  • Improve organizational effectiveness through scalable operating mechanisms, decision‑making frameworks, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Execution & Executive Partnership
  • Serve as a member of the VPs Engineering Leadership Team and act as a trusted advisor on organizational strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across the regional engineering organization, coordinating cross‑functional and cross‑regional efforts where appropriate.

  • 5+ years of experience managing Technical Program Managers, Program Managers, or similar functions.
  • A track record of leading large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience building, developing, and growing high‑performing teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with annual planning, portfolio management, organisational operations, and executive reviews.
  • A solid understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering processes, and technical architectures.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, balancing long‑term objectives with near‑term execution.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Engineering Business Operations, strategic planning, or Chief of Staff-type roles supporting senior executives.
  • Experience leading Technical Program Management or Program Management organisations within large technology companies.
  • Experience working across globally distributed teams and organisations.
  • Experience within gaming, consumer technology, platforms, cloud services, or developer ecosystems.
  • MBA, advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Key Outcomes
  • In Your First 12 Months
  • Build and scale a high‑performing EMEA‑based TPM organisation within FSEE with clear operating models, development paths, and execution standards.
  • Improve visibility, predictability, and delivery of strategic engineering initiatives across the organisation.
  • Establish effective planning, review, reporting, and decision‑making mechanisms for the Engineering Leadership Team.
  • Successfully lead high‑impact initiatives on behalf of the VP and their Engineering Leadership Team.
  • Build a strong partnership with other TPM Directors to improve coordination, consistency and execution across the global organisation.
  • Become a trusted advisor and operational partner to the engineering VP.
  • What Success Looks Like

You create clarity in complex environments and bring structure to ambiguity.

You help leaders make informed decisions, align organisations around shared priorities, and drive execution of critical initiatives.

You build trust across teams, improve organisational effectiveness, and ensure strategic objectives translate into measurable results.

Most importantly, you serve as a force multiplier for the VP’s Engineering Leadership Team - enabling teams to focus on what matters most while helping leadership operate more effectively at scale.
