- Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver fraud mitigation initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Monitor evolving fraud and abuse trends and recommend tactical and strategic responses to mitigate current and emerging risks.
- Identify opportunities to improve fraud platforms, tools, and workflows, and help incorporate those improvements into ongoing development efforts.
- Develop business cases and value assessments to prioritize fraud initiatives and investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and selected external vendors to ensure alignment on goals, roles, timelines, and outcomes.
- Define and track fraud metrics; contribute to regular reporting on fraud trends, program performance, and vendor effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted fraud subject-matter expert for cross-functional partners, providing guidance and insight grounded in industry best practices.
What we’re looking for:

- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Clear, concise communication skills, with the ability to explain fraud concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills across functions and geographies.
- Ability to operate independently while aligning work to broader organizational strategy.
- Flexible approach to working hours to support global business operations.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working with online payments, digital commerce, or account security systems.
