Role Overview
Sony Interactive Entertainment is looking to hire an Associate Global Campaign Manager (12m contract) to support our Global product Marketing teams to deliver our world leading marketing campaigns across the globe. Reporting to a Senior Global Campaign Manager, this role supports the Global Campaign Management team in delivering best-in-class global marketing initiatives across territories. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support the Territory Roll-out of Global Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with territory teams to provide ad hoc support, manage incoming requests, and consolidate feedback. Work closely with Global teams to ensure global strategies are effectively implemented within territory marketing teams. Promote clear and consistent communication between Global and Territory Marketing teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Local Campaign Execution Support: Partner with Territory Marketing marketers to amplify global campaigns through local adaptations. Support review, tracking and the approval process for locally developed creative assets and campaign concepts, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines. Consolidate territory campaign plans, investment details, and performance reporting as part of go-to-market processes. Manage and route requests and feedback from Territory Marketing teams to the appropriate Global Marketing stakeholders.
- Global Campaign Management Team Support: Help the Global Campaign Management Team across a range of established processes, including asset co-ordination, localisation planning & meeting support. Provide ad-hoc project support.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused approach.
- Knowledge of and a passion for video games is a plus.
Related Experience & Benefits
- 2+ years of experience within the Video Games or Entertainment industry within a Global or Territory team.
