As the Senior Director of Product Management for the PlayStation Studios Live Service team, you’ll play a key role on the Live Services Leadership Team. You’ll lead a talented group of Product Managers and Competitive Intelligence partners across our console, PC, and mobile titles. Together, you’ll help our live service games deliver great experiences for players and lasting results for the business. You will report to the VP of Insights for PlayStation Studios.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership & Performance
    • Drive measurable improvements in player retention, monetization, and portfolio health through clear goals and actionable insights.
    • Identify opportunities to improve product performance, influence key partners, and lead initiatives from concept to results.
    • Define success metrics and reporting for game health, using data to shape clear, actionable product strategies.
    • Help shape how PlayStation Studios publishes and grows live games, developing playbooks and benchmarks that scale across titles.
    • Communicate insights in a simple, compelling way, helping teams understand game performance and where we can improve.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and innovation, keeping PlayStation connected to new ideas, innovation, and emerging best practices.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a central Product Management team that partners with studios to strengthen player engagement, retention, and monetization across our live service portfolio.
    • Lead the PlayStation Studios Mobile team, refining and evolving a portfolio of titles in partnership with central and studio teams.
    • Build a culture of shared learning and experimentation within the PlayStation Studios Live Service team.
    • Strengthen the relationships & operating model between User Research, PM, and Analytics.
    • Advocate for studio Product Management needs across the wider PlayStation organization.
  • Studio Partnership & Game Performance
    • Partner with studio leadership & Product Management teams to drive strong business performance in their games.
    • Consult with studios on product roadmaps to help build games that keep players engaged and invested while driving sustainable, long‑term business results.
    • Work closely with marketing and sales to develop and evolve strategies that meet product performance goals and improve how we publish our games.
    • Partner with digital marketing and CRM teams to identify opportunities that boost in-game and out-of-game engagement.
  • Portfolio & Process Development
    • Develop a clear picture of portfolio health across all live service titles, using consistent models and reporting to guide decisions and priorities.
    • Partner with key functions across PlayStation, including publishing, platform, analytics, and finance, to align on goals and investment priorities for the live service portfolio.
    • Build best practices and scalable processes that help teams across PlayStation Studios deliver engaging, healthy, and successful live service experiences.
