About the Role
Our UX Design Operations team is looking for a Senior Design Program Manager who’s excited to bring people, process and UX design together. In this role you’ll partner with designers, engineers, product managers, business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to bring design initiatives to life, from early planning through launch. - Driver of Delivery: You will balance problem-solving with operational execution to strengthen the team and product. You will own strategic artifacts and drive initiatives to keep the team connected to the broader business context. Within your domain, you will anticipate bottlenecks, manage issues, drive prioritization and planning, support resource management, and track programs to help cross-disciplinary teams deliver design excellence.
