Role Overview
This role acts as a London-based business partner for Global Marketing responsible for marketing investments, merchandising revenue, supporting allocation decisions and managing the analysis of marketing spend and ROI. The role will be responsible for business partnering key stakeholders and budget holders in Global Marketing, including the liaisons and local teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the Global Marketing team in budget planning discussions, assisting with analysis of marketing channels and contributing to scenario modelling to inform spend decisions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of global ROI methodologies, including supporting post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to the tracking and reporting of Marketing KPIs, including campaign ROI, Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC), and media efficiency, helping ensure alignment between spend and business outcomes.
- Support analysis of Marketing spend across Global Marketing, Studio Marketing, and GPDR, assisting in the preparation of consolidated investment reporting.
- Assist in the development of business cases for new marketing initiatives, partnerships, or merchandising opportunities to support investment decisions.
- Coordinate with Planning and Global Marketing teams to support accurate forecasting and reporting of marketing spend and monetisation activities.
- Collaborate with regional, studio, and GPDR teams to support consistent spend tracking methodologies and ensure adherence to agreed processes.
- Work closely with Analytics teams to support marketing measurement and attribution initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years relevant experience or 2 years PQE in a Commercial Finance (FP&A also preferable) and experience working with commercial teams or business.
Preferred Qualities
- Senior level business partner experience in Sales/Marketing
- Strong financial background with ability to evaluate financial impact of business decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA level an advantage).
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to present detailed analyses.
- Organised self‑starter, with drive and ambition who thrives under pressure, and is capable of confidently working alongside the most senior stakeholders across the wider business.
- Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy & adherence to deadlines.
- Experience of working in a regional group headquarters.
- Proven track record of similar roles/tasks in Global / Pan regional company in the Entertainment sector (Game/Film/Music).
