Role Overview: Within Sony Interactive Entertainment, the Global Creative Services (GCS) team partners with marketing organisations around the world to deliver innovative customer experiences while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. The Account Manager serves as the strategic liaison between Global Creative Services and internal marketing partners, leading integrated creative initiatives from initial brief through final delivery. This role builds trusted client relationships, translates business objectives into actionable creative plans, and partners with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality marketing campaigns on time and within budget. The role supports a broad portfolio of PlayStation marketing initiatives, including opportunities across PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Plus, Services, brand marketing, and digital customer experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for internal marketing clients and creative teams.
- Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic account leadership.
- Develop creative briefs aligned with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Lead projects from intake through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with Creative Directors, Design Leads, Producers, Copywriters, Designers, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Present creative work, facilitate feedback, and balance client objectives with creative excellence.
- Support annual planning, resource forecasting, and campaign prioritisation.
- Maintain project documentation, approvals, asset tracking, and archives.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Track campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
- Experience in account management, client services, marketing, advertising, or creative project management.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and creative development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools and presentation software.
- Experience supporting PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Plus, or digital commerce initiatives.
- Agency or in‑house creative services experience.
- Knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, video, social media, and omnichannel campaign execution.
- Experience working within global cross‑functional organisations.
