  • Design and execution of internal communications campaigns and events
  • Support the delivery of global and regional campaigns, events and employee engagement initiatives tied to product launches
  • Manage employee sweepstakes linked to product launches, including communications, processes, and fulfilment
  • Daily use of content management systems (e.g. intranet, digital signage, email distribution) to schedule content
  • Manage the end‑to‑end process of regular engagement campaigns, e.g., distribution of game codes for SIE employees, annual holiday gift distribution
  • Analyze the effectiveness and impact of channels and campaigns to improve employee communications and provide insights on the most effective ways to reach employees

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience (or equivalent) in internal communications, preferably within the technology or entertainment industries
  • BA or equivalent experience in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, or languages is an advantage, though other degrees are acceptable
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high‑profile environment and organisations
