  • Ensure infrastructure services meet or exceed SLAs, service‑level objectives (SLOs), performance targets, security requirements, and resilience objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reliability, observability, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory, data privacy, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leaders on infrastructure strategy, risks, and investments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes.
  • Communicate complex technical topics clearly to executive audiences, influencing decisions and direction.

  • Own operating and capital budget planning, balancing service quality, risk management, and cost efficiency while driving measurable return on infrastructure investments.
  • Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality and resilience.
  • Manage vendor relationships and strategic partners, ensuring performance, value, alignment with business goals, and access to innovation.
