We are looking for an Associate QA Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract to work exclusively on one of Playstack’s upcoming third-person action RPG projects. This is a hands-on role focused on systematically testing gameplay features, mechanics, UI, balance and performance across supported platforms to ensure a high-quality player experience. In relation to that one game, you will execute test plans and ad-hoc testing, identify and report bugs with clear reproduction steps, verify fixes, and collaborate closely with development teams to improve quality and testing processes. You will also analyse test results to identify trends and potential risks, clearly communicate issues and priorities, and provide accurate, concise feedback that supports timely resolution. Success in this role requires strong ownership, clear communication and a methodical approach to ensuring that every build meets Playstack’s quality standards.

Who You Are

  • Experienced QA tester with a solid background in game testing on PC and or console titles
  • Skilled at identifying, diagnosing and documenting bugs, glitches and inconsistencies
  • Able to write clear, accurate and actionable bug reports with full reproduction steps
  • Comfortable executing structured test cases as well as exploratory and ad-hoc testing
  • Reliable when verifying fixes and performing regression testing
  • Strong communicator who can clearly articulate risks, issues and quality concerns
  • Well organised and able to prioritise work effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Analytical thinker who can identify patterns in test results and suggest improvements
  • Positive team player who contributes to a constructive and collaborative environment
  • Passionate about games and committed to delivering a high-quality player experience
