  • Liaise with data side of the marketing team to ensure tracking is set-up optimally. Implement tracking links and landing pages to ensure all published ads are fully functional.
  • Absorb overseas market nuances and understand how different cultures and audience behaviours feed into marketing strategies beyond the UK.
  • Review competitor paid social ads for inspiration and insights related to what you do and present quarterly insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Be willing to test out new ideas in ads – creative or practical!
  • Contribute to meetings on assets and results you manage directly.

Who are we looking for:

A candidate who is open to learning more on paid social, develop their current skillset in preparation for a mid-senior level role. Experience in a similar B2C role is essential.

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with a strong understanding of running paid media activity, the importance of user journey optimisation, and landing pages. Proficient in key performance metrics and overall campaign measurement.
  • iGaming experience is preferred.
  • Ability to plan, build, and execute paid media campaigns with guidance available if needed.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tracking, measurement, and reporting tools.
  • Proficient in marketing platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Experienced in briefing creative teams to produce effective paid social ads across all common social media formats.
  • Solid understanding of iGaming products, including the role of operators in relation to target audiences, as well as legal compliance and promotional T&Cs in marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
