The Role You’ll Play
- As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll help shape Playlist’s future by bringing in exceptional talent that fuels our growth.
- You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategy to close, while building meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring leaders alike.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact GTM roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that align with company goals.
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement.
- Advise hiring teams with data-driven insights to guide decisions and set expectations.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor, balancing the needs of candidates, hiring managers, and the business.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continually evolve sourcing strategies and tools.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in Greenhouse and ensure all candidate interactions reflect our brand values.
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture Business Partners to deliver seamless, efficient hiring experiences.
Experience You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across GTM or technical roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively across teams.
- Data-savvy approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Tech fluency and curiosity, with an understanding of systems, software, and digital tools.
- High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel once per year for talent acquisition team gatherings.
