Playlist is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support Mindbody customers through software configuration, onboarding and training via video conferencing and email. You will collect requirements during kickoff calls and configure customer sites to meet goals.
You will act as a liaison between the customer and Mindbody teams, recommending and implementing value-added services while ensuring timelines and smooth transitions.
