As a Revenue Enablement Training Specialist, you will drive revenue growth by equipping our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and coaching they need to succeed. Your primary responsibility is to develop, deliver, and monitor comprehensive training programs that empower our sales teams to excel in their roles while facilitating engaging coaching experiences. Working closely with Revenue Enablement Program Designers, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of impactful learning content and ensure that learning objectives align with business strategy.

Experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in an enablement, training, sales, or education role.
  • Proven experience in using web‐conferencing and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, SharePoint).
  • Self‐motivated and directed with the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in an agile working environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Learning Management Software, Sales Engagement and Conversation Intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sales training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality training curriculum for new hire classes, skills development, new products, and ongoing releases.
  • Gain primary expertise in one business unit; secondary expertise may be developed as business needs evolve.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and presentations using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of training strategies and methodologies.
  • Organize and update training resources (new hire onboarding, sales methodology, etc.).
  • Participate in planning, go‐to‐market meetings, and road‐mapping activities to identify training needs.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, e‐learning content, one‐pagers, and multimedia resources, to support training initiatives and ensure clarity and effectiveness in conveying key concepts.
  • Work collaboratively with Revenue Enablement Program Designers, subject matter experts, cross‐functional partners, and various stakeholders to drive training curriculum.
  • Build and ensure training objectives are met.
  • Assess and document team member performance during the training process and provide constructive feedback to appropriate parties.
  • Conduct analysis of materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to educational design standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in adult learning best practices and methodologies.
  • May work 1:1 with sales reps or small groups of reps for coaching and training.
  • Prioritize deliverables effectively while balancing multiple ongoing projects.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Travel Requirements:

  • This person will have occasional travel.
  • This role regularly utilizes a computer, including the use of a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
