The Role You’ll Play:
- Manages the migration of data to Playlist and ensures data mapping is correct.
- Collaborates with Engineering and Product teams to resolve data issues and configure the system correctly for the client.
- Tests data mapping in the Playlist platform and identifies bugs or issues; flags to resolve internally or to be addressed with customers.
- Provides training and implementation support consistent with department expectations, procedures, and KPIs.
- Works with customers to identify, correct, and advise on how to align business objectives within their specific Playlist products using the implementation framework and best practices.
- Builds trust and confidence with the customer using first-hand knowledge of products, services, and processes as outlined by Implementation leadership.
- Uses product and onboarding specific logic to solve problems with effective solutions; maintains responsive and professional internal/external communication.
- Partners with relevant teams and leadership on customer escalations and works towards a resolution.
- Maintains accurate customer account records in accordance with department tools and processes.
- All other duties as assigned.
The Experience You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma and equivalent experience required.
- Two (2)+ years customer service experience.
- Training or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to a wide audience.
- Ability to understand and solve customer questions through active listening.
- Ability to clearly write procedures in response to customer questions.
- Knowledge of current wellness industry practices or the ability to learn quickly in real-time.
- General knowledge of and ability to use and navigate web and mobile technologies.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft tools, and internet-based software preferred.
