Playlist is hiring a Technical Support Specialist I to be the first friendly voice for customers, primarily via phone, with occasional email, chat, and web forum assistance.

You will help customers navigate our products, document interactions, and contribute to knowledge base improvements.

You will deliver warm, clear support in English (and German) and work from 8am to 4:30pm, Mon–Fri in the UK. 1+ year in customer service is preferred; French is required, with Italian or Spanish as a plus.
