The Role You’ll Play: At Playlist, we're reimagining how data drives business decisions. Our Business Intelligence team is the strategic nerve center that transforms raw information into powerful insights, empowering our international partnerships and marketing teams to make impactful choices. As a Business Intelligence Analyst II, you'll be a critical data guardian, building the analytical infrastructure that tells the story of our business.

  • Develop sophisticated dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across international partnerships and marketing teams.
  • Design and maintain robust data models using SQL, creating a single source of truth that drives strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop data solutions that illuminate key performance indicators.
  • Build and refine data pipelines, working with sources like Salesforce, product events, and marketing funnels.
  • Partner with stakeholders to build roadmaps and prioritize projects that drive the most impact across the company, bridging communication between data and business teams.
  • Contribute to the team's technical growth by sharing knowledge and supporting collaborative learning initiatives.

Experience You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience working with data analysis, visualization, and transformation.
  • Strong coding skills in at least one of: Python, R, or SQL (dbt is a plus).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for translating data into strategic business insights.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and team dynamics.
  • Experience with marketing funnel analysis or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Comfort with a hybrid work environment, with a preference for in-office collaboration twice a week in our London offices.
