Purpose of the Role
We’re seeking an Affiliate Manager to scale our affiliate program. You’ll own strategy and execution, managing relationships with high-value partners. This role reports to the CMO and is critical to our customer acquisition strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with company growth objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with iGaming affiliates, streamers, KOLs, and content creators.
- Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures that balance profitability with competitive positioning.
- Implement tracking, reporting, and fraud prevention systems to ensure program integrity.
- Analyse affiliate performance data and optimise campaigns for ROI.
- Manage affiliate marketing budget and forecast revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Ensure affiliate compliance across jurisdictions.
- Represent Playlink at industry conferences and networking events.
Work Experience and Skills
- 3+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 2 years in crypto gambling or iGaming.
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of crypto/blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
