- Managed Service (75%): Managing inbound/outbound enquiries via phone and email; executing the full booking lifecycle from enquiry to invoicing.
- Project Support (20%): Overseeing long-term booking renewals, facility scheduling, and proactive debt collection.
- Product Support (5%): Acting as a point of contact for Playfinder marketplace users and Lockteq smart access installations.

Role Summary: Led by our Head of Service Delivery, the Sports Booking Administrator is a customer service role delivering our Bookteam managed service, and also supports as a customer facing contact for our Playfinder marketplace and Lockteq smart access products. As an extension to our booking software, Bookteq, we offer an outsourced service to help clients to provide direct customer service and bookings management to their hirers over the phone and via email. As part of the Service Delivery Team, you will work in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team with an open and supportive work culture. The role would suit a highly organised and enthusiastic individual wanting to apply their existing experience in customer service or operations, ideally within the sports and leisure sector.

Hours and Location: The hours and salary for this role would be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-5pm. This role is also required to be on-call for urgent escalations on a rota basis 1 in every 3 weekends. We currently operate a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days in the office; Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
