We’re hiring a Junior Campaign Success & Paid Media Executive to join our Campaigns Team. This is a hands‑on junior role for someone early in their career who is interested in gaming, creators, online communities, and paid digital marketing.

You’ll support the delivery of organic creator‑led campaigns while also helping us develop and manage paid retargeting activity. You do not need to be a senior paid media specialist, but some exposure to Google Ads, paid retargeting, paid social, or agency‑side digital marketing would be highly valuable.

This role would suit someone who has started gaining experience in paid media, ideally in an agency environment, and wants to grow into broader marketing campaign work within the video games industry.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support both our organic creator campaigns and our growing paid retargeting work.

Organic Campaign Delivery (Training Provided)

  • Build and manage creator and influencer lists for gaming campaigns.
  • Research gaming creators, particularly within the indie gaming market.
  • Draft creator outreach copy, follow‑up emails, and campaign communications.
  • Schedule and monitor email outreach.
  • Track creator responses, campaign progress, and key deliverables.
  • Keep campaign information, timelines, briefs, links, and assets organized.
  • Support campaign updates, reporting, and client communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns accurately and efficiently.
  • Build a strong understanding of client needs, campaign goals, and success metrics.

Paid Retargeting & Google Ads Support

  • Support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid retargeting campaigns.
  • Manage Google Ads activity across relevant campaign briefs.
  • Work with audience lists, campaign assets, tracking links, and performance data.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve paid retargeting performance over time.
  • Work with the team to connect paid retargeting activity with broader creator‑led campaign goals.
  • Bring ideas, learnings, and best practices from paid media into the wider campaign team.

What We’re Looking For

You should:

  • Have a strong interest in video games, gaming content creators, and online communities.
  • Have some understanding of Google Ads, paid retargeting, or paid digital marketing.
  • Be interested in how paid media can support broader marketing campaigns.
  • Be organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
  • Be comfortable with structured, repeated operational work.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be confident communicating professionally with clients, creators, and internal teams.
  • Be proactive, solution‑focused, and quick to learn.
  • Be comfortable working with spreadsheets, campaign trackers, links, briefs, and performance data.
  • Be interested in understanding client needs and campaign success.
  • Want to grow into a more client‑facing campaign role over time.

Helpful Experience

Experience in all of the below is not required, but any of the following would be a strong plus:

  • Experience using Google Ads.
  • Experience with paid retargeting campaigns.
  • Exposure to paid social, programmatic, or performance marketing.
  • Experience working on video game, entertainment, creator, influencer, or community‑led campaigns.
  • Experience writing marketing copy, outreach emails, or campaign messaging.
  • Experience working with gaming audiences, creator lists, or influencer databases.
  • An understanding of indie games, gaming communities, Steam, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Discord, or creator‑led marketing.

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who…

This role is ideal for someone who has started building experience in paid media, especially Google Ads, and wants to move into broader marketing campaign delivery within the games industry.

You might currently be in a junior paid media, digital marketing, campaign assistant, marketing executive, or agency support role, but want more exposure to gaming, creators, publishers, and campaign strategy.

You do not need to be a senior Google Ads specialist. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation, good instincts, attention to detail, and the motivation to help grow our paid retargeting offering while also supporting our core creator‑led campaign work.

Why Work With Us?

  • Clear progression opportunities in a growing business.
  • Hands‑on campaign experience from day one.
  • The opportunity to work across organic creator campaigns and paid retargeting.
  • The chance to help shape a growing paid media service within the agency.
  • Exposure to video game publishers, entertainment brands, and gaming creators.
  • The opportunity to build client‑facing experience over time.
  • The ability to shape your own growth and development.
  • Monthly company socials.
  • One additional day of annual leave for each year you spend with us.
  • No office dress code.

Please Note

This is a hands‑on junior execution role with clear training and progression. Experience in the games industry is a plus, but not essential. A strong interest in gaming is required.

This role is based 5 days a week in our London office.
