Player Found is a specialist influencer marketing agency working with video games publishers and entertainment brands globally. We focus on creator-led campaigns that prioritise authentic, organic engagement supported by increasingly structured data, reporting, and campaign operations.
We’re growing and looking for a Junior Influencer Campaign Manager to join the Campaigns Team and support the delivery of our organic campaigns, growing into a more senior campaign role over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the campaign team to deliver marketing campaigns for video games clients
- Identify creator communities and player audiences for projects across a range of genres
- Build player databases and run organic creator outreach (Mailchimp)
- Track and optimise campaign performance
- Prepare campaign updates and reporting
- Support paid media and influencer retargeting
- Work with the team to develop our business plan and grow the department
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with email campaign delivery at scale
- Confidence working with large databases and analytics
- A high standard of written English and ability to communicate clearly and precisely
- Management experience to run workflows, processes and teams effectively
- Enthusiasm for games, creators, or internet culture
