Impact

• Own end-to-end email performance: craft visually stunning, conversion-optimized \”mailers\” (copy + design) targeting creators.
• Master data‑led storytelling: translate client briefs into PR‑grade narratives that drive open rates and conversion (key downloads and content).
• Scale creator growth: optimize outreach to our database of influencers using A/B testing, CRM tools, and performance analytics.
• Shape strategy: create new visual assets, position games, and build creator‑centric campaigns.
• Play a part in the growth and development of the agency.

Essentials

• 2+ years in email performance marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing high‑impact visual/copy campaigns (e.g., mailers, landing pages, newsletters).
• Ability to turn complex USPs into compelling hooks (PR/strategy flair).
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Adobe CC), CRMs (HubSpot/ Mailchimp), and analytics.
• Clear knowledge of email optimisation tools and strategies.
• Passion for gaming and creator communities (interest in Steam releases and gaming content).

Bonus Points For

• Games industry PR/marketing/influencer experience.
• Skills in video editing, community management (Discord/Twitter), or creator platforms.
• Obsession with gaming content (you know what makes creators click!).
