Your Impact
- Own end-to-end email performance: Craft visually stunning, conversion-optimized "mailers" (copy + design) targeting creators.
- Master data-led storytelling: Translate client briefs into PR-grade narratives that drive open rates and conversion (key downloads and content).
- Scale creator growth: Optimize outreach to our database of influencers using A/B testing, CRM tools, and performance analytics.
- Shape strategy: Create new visual assets, position games, and build creator-centric campaigns.
- Play a part in the growth and development of the agency.
Essentials We Need
- 2+ years in email performance marketing.
- Portfolio showcasing high-impact visual/copy campaigns (e.g., mailers, landing pages, newsletters).
- Ability to turn complex USPs into compelling hooks (PR/strategy flair).
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Adobe CC), CRMs (HubSpot/Mailchimp), and analytics.
- Clear knowledge of email optimisation tools and strategies.
