Playdale Playgrounds is a dynamic, international business operating in over 50 countries, designing, manufacturing, and installing fun, exciting outdoor playground equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales representatives (6 and growing) across England
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in key accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the playground equipment industry, competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs
  • Leverage strong IT skills to improve efficiencies via digitalisation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or qualifications in business, sales or a related field
  • Proven experience as a sales manager, with key account management responsibilities
  • Experience in the playground equipment industry is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing and motivating a sales team
  • Experience with CRM software and sales data analysis
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within England; centrally based preferred
